Hartford, South Dakota
Built for the crew on the line.
Armour Fire Solutions is a Hartford, South Dakota company designing and manufacturing the patented Solid Foam Stick Manifold for portable-pump wildland and rural fire operations.

Our story
The tools hadn't kept up with the mission.
We started Armour Fire Solutions because the tools available to rural, wildland, and industrial crews hadn't kept up with the missions those crews were being asked to run. Portable-pump foam systems were either too fragile, too expensive, or too likely to destroy the very water tank they were supposed to help.
Our patented Solid Foam Stick Manifold is our answer. It removes every moving part from the foam-delivery chain, eliminates the possibility of tank contamination, and cuts the cost per gallon of finished solution by a wide margin.
We build every unit in Hartford, South Dakota, and we stand behind every manifold that leaves the shop.

How we got here
From field problem to patented product.
- Origin
A problem on the line
Wildland and rural crews needed foam capability, but proportioners were too fragile, too costly, or contaminated tanks.
- Design
Solid stick, no moving parts
We prototyped a drop-in manifold that dissolves a solid Class A stick in-line — no pumps, no drums, no electronics.
- Patent
Protected & proven
The Solid Foam Stick Manifold is patented and field-validated on brush trucks, skid units and portable pumps.
